LA Rams: 2021 NFL Draft – Mock Draft 3.0
249. Houston WR, Marquez Stevenson
I genuinely believe the Rams will address their vertical threat through free agency or within the team but Stevenson is a player to look out for in the late rounds. His speed is off the charts and could excel in a head coach Sean McVay scheme offense. He could be used on WR screens, end-around plays, and go routes. Stevenson is also a dynamic kick returner which the Rams are in desperate need of.
Like I said beforehand though, the Rams might address this need in free agency but Stevenson is a wideout Rams should keep their eye on. If the front office can snag him at pick 249 that would be a tremendous value. Stevenson had a strong showing at the senior bowl so his stock might’ve risen above that since then.
The LA Rams are digging for buried treasure once more. This time, they hope to find early contributors in the 2021 NFL Draft. Can they do so? Well, their track record has been incredibly impressive. But the team is now thinner at the executive suite as well. We know there is a lot riding on the 2021 NFL Season with eyes set on winning the super bowl. That means that there is a lot of pressure on the 2021 NFL Draft to nail the picks.
