LA Rams: Sebastian Joseph Day, a.k.a “Bash”, PA pride in the NFL
By Bret Stuter
Student, teacher, follower, leader
You can find elements of so many who poured positive into him as he grew, tested his boundaries, and tested himself. Bash is the NFL player that he is today because he drew his own confidence from those who believed in him so long ago. And folks, it didn’t stop when he graduated high school. He continues to benefit from the constant streaming of love, confidence, and support from his high school coaches even to this day.
it makes sense that a man with that strong support group is willing to lay it on the line so often now that he finds himself in a role where he can pay it forward. After all, let’s be realistic. Even in his rookie role, Bash has been a leader of the team whenever it comes to helping out the community.

One of his most recent acts of generosity occurred when he donated to feed overworked front-line medical staff at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. He immediately followed that up to get involved with Uncomfortable Conversations to become a voice in leading the path to a better future.
And he is a young man who is still playing on his rookie contract. That’s incredibly impressive to find a young man with that much maturity and strength at a time when so many are simply focused upon their football careers.
But if you were not aware, Sebastian Joseph Day is cut from a different bolt of cloth. He is more than a football athlete. He is blessed with a large personality, an infectious laugh, and a love of food. In fact, his food passion has led to the launch of his very own YouTube channel, Dine-N-Bash, earlier this year. He is a fun guy to watch, and his reputation as a true foodie is well-deserved.
But what about his football play? Ah, so glad you asked. you see, we’ve saved the best for last.
