The Rams have multiple needs in the 2026 NFL Draft. Thankfully, the team has plenty of picks to spend filling them.

The Los Angeles Rams are in the extremely fortuitous position of both being able to contend for a championship with quarterback Matthew Stafford and head coach Sean McVay at the sticks and possibly earning a top pick in the 2026 NFL Draft after a trade with the 4-7 Atlanta Falcons last season.

The Rams could use this windfall to help address their need for a more robust offensive line, a secondary that could lose some big names in free agency, and a quarterback room that could do with a young player who can work his way to elite status behind Stafford over the course of a few years.

This 3-round 2026 NFL Mock Draft not only sets the Rams up nicely for the future, but it ensures they can keep plugging the biggest holes on the roster while Les Snead tries to keep this team in the thick of a competitive race for the NFC crown.

Los Angeles Rams 3-round 2026 NFL Mock Draft

Round 1, Pick 11: Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami

Between Mauigoa and Utah's Spencer Fano, the two top offensive tackles in this draft both profile as pure right tackles. For a Rams team that might finally be running out of road with Rob Havenstein, Mauigoa should be a natural fit to slide right in and replace him.

Mauigoa has become one of the best run blockers in this class at any position, and he should only continue to work on some of the rougher edges in his game once he reaches a coach like McVay. WIth Stafford not overly fleet of foot, there is no such thing as having too many good offensive linemen.

Round 1, Pick 31: LaNorris Sellers, QB, South Carolina

Sellers has struggled this season, but a crumbling Gamecocks offense has done him no favors. Sellers has the strongest arm and the best combination of size and mobility in this class, but his success may be almost entirely dependent on which team ends up picking him.

Sellers going to a coach like McVay, who can help him iron out some of the rough edges in his game ad a decision-maker and pocket navigator, would be the absolute best-case scenario for someone who could absolutely crash and burn if he ended up in the wrong spot.

Round 2, Pick 63: AJ Harris, CB, Penn State

LA has managed to turn extreme busts like Emmanuel Forbes into quality players, which speaks to how well they can develop defensive back talent. Harris may end up being next in line for the LA defensive boost after what can be deemed an up-and-down season in Happy Valley.

With a big 6-1 frame and a mindset that sees him often lock horns with some of the best and brightest in the NFL at the outside cornerback spot, Harris is becoming such a dynamic player for

Round 3, Pick 95: Jaishawn Barham, LB, Michigan

The Rams linebacking room might be better than many expected after they agreed to a contract extension for Nate Landman, but they could look for a player who could double as both an inside linebacker and a speedster off the edge who has some validity as a pass rusher.

Barham won't be drafted for his amazing coverage skills, but he will be interesting for teams who want a great athlete with a violent style of play that can be deployed in so many different ways. If Chris Shula is somehow retained, he would have a field day with Barham.
