The LA Rams did not play a single Monday Night Football game in 2023. Of course, the television producers noticed the Rams 5-12 record from 2022, and the fact that the team had spent very little in free agency. At the time, nobody could foresee just how much of an impact the Rams rookie class of 2023 would make on the team.

Nobody could have guessed that the Rams would turn their season round with a 7-1 finale to catapult them to the NFC sixth-seed for the 2024 NFL Playoffs.

But that finish not only landed the Rams in postseason competition, but it put the team back on the radar for Prime Time games in 2024. And so, the LA Rams find themselves competing under the lights in an NFL 50-year tradition known as Monday Night Football.

Here's the complete Monday Night Football schedule for 2024:

  • Week 1 - 9/9 - Jets @ 49ers
  • Week 2 – 9/16 – Falcons @ Eagles
  • Week 3 – 9/23 – Jaguars @ Bills
  • Week 4 – 9/30 – Titans @ Dolphins
  • Week 5 – 10/7 – Saints @ Chiefs
  • Week 6 – 10/14 – Jets @ Bills
  • Week 7 – 10/21 – Ravens @ Buccaneers
  • Week 8 – 10/28 – Giants @ Steelers
  • Week 9 – 11/4 - Buccaneers @ Chiefs
  • Week 10 – 11/11 – Dolphins @ Rams
  • Week 11 – 11/18 – Texans @ Cowboys
  • Week 12 – 11/25 – Ravens @ Chargers
  • Week 13 – 12/2 – Browns @ Broncos
  • Week 14 – 12/9 – Bengals @ Cowboys
  • Week 15 – 12/16 – Falcons @ Raiders
  • Week 16 – 12/23 – Steelers @ Ravens
  • Week 17 – 12/30 – Lions @ 49ers
  • Week 18 - No MNF games

The Week 10 contest of the Miami Dolphins traveling to face the Rams is embedded in the heart of the season, and is sandwiched between two road games for the team. Week 9 is a road game against the Seattle Seahawks. Week 11 is a road game against the New England Patriots. Nestled between the two is a home game at SoFi Stadium against the Dolphins.

I won't spoil the fun for you. But the Dolphins have a strong roster, and playoff experience, and will be motivated to announce their post-season intentions on Prime Time against the Rams. This one could be quite difficult. You have been warned.
