2. Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp play a full, healthy season

After the Rams' Super Bowl season in 2021, neither Matthew Stafford nor Cooper Kupp have played a full 17-game season, both having struggled with injuries at times. But, when these two are healthy, the Rams offense can be as good as anybody.

The last time these two played a full season together (2021), Stafford tossed 41 touchdowns and Kupp nearly broke Calvin Johnson's single-season receiving record, tallying 1,947 yards and a whopping 16 touchdowns. Kupp led the league in receptions (145), yards and scores.

If we were able to get a full season out of these two in 2024, adding in the presence of Puka Nacua and a (hopefully) healthy, consistent run game, this offense could do some serious damage.

3. Jared Verse wins Defensive Rookie of the Year

Since being selected by the Rams in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, pass rusher Jared Verse has received a lot of faith by experts to win the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year. For a defense hoping to kick it up a notch, boasting such a player would do this unit good.

The Rams didn't have a bonafide, no. 1 pass rusher before drafting Verse. And, that's exactly what they're hoping to get out of him. Should Verse win the award, chances are, he'd have ended up with a healthy number of sacks; think at least 8.0. Now, if he somehow enters double digits, then there's a good possibility the Rams snagged the draft's best defensive player at pick no. 19 overall.
