After saving their season in Week 3 against the San Francisco 49ers, the Los Angeles Rams seek to even-up their record in Week 4. When Sean McVay is your head coach and Matthew Stafford is your quarterback, you're always in the game, and that was the case in Week 3.

The Rams are among the most injured teams in the NFL, and while the 49ers also came into this game injured, they weren't dealing with as much as LA. The final minutes of Week 3 proved to be a nail-biter, but the Rams and their smart, disciplined football team did just enough to take down the defending NFC Champions.

It was truly a season-saving win, and that is far from an exaggeration. The Rams not only get to 1-2 on the 2024 NFL Season, but have a great chance to get to .500 in Week 4. They travel to Chicago to face the poorly-coached Bears, led by rookie QB Caleb Williams.

The Rams have been among the most efficient teams in the NFL on defense in creating pressure, and with the Bears' poor offensive line, this could end up being a huge game for the Rams' defensive front. The Bears' defense is quite stingy, but Matthew Stafford and Kyren Williams should probably be enough to secure a win.

And frankly, the Rams offense may not have to do a ton, as it's very likely that Caleb Williams, who has been sacked a whopping 13 times thus far, is again going to be running for his life. Somehow, some way, the Rams are staring down a 2-2 record after Week 4. Their 0-2 start to the season, coupled with the amount of injuries they had suffered made a lot of us think that this season was a goner.

But the LA Rams are resilient of nothing else and still have a future Hall of Fame head coach and quarterback. And if the Rams can escape with a win here in Week 4, it gets them one week closer to getting guys like Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua back, and also one week closer to getting some of their players back from injured reserve.

The neat thing about the LA Rams is that they can rely on and put more on the shoulders of their QB. There are some teams and some quarterbacks in the NFL who just cannot survive if they ask their passer to do more. Matthew Stafford is someone who has continually put his teams on his back, so even with the absence of a ton of players, Stafford and the Rams should be able to at least get to 2-2 on the season with a win in Week 4.
