Rams have a perfect Tre’Davious White trade destination sitting right in front of them

This makes too much sense, and the time to strike is now.

Just a week or so ago, you couldn't turn left or right without seeing, hearing or reading something on the L.A. Rams being potential sellers at this year's NFL trade deadline. In fact, the rumors became a whole lot more real just before the Thursday Night Football matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.

We heard that the Rams were even looking into trading star wide receiver Cooper Kupp, noting details from The Athletic's Dianna Russini in regards to a possible asking price and what the Rams were willing to do for a team in return.

After the Ram's win over the Vikings, though, it might be tougher for a team to get their hands on Kupp. The Rams looked every bit of a contending team in that win, and the NFC West is still anyone's game with the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers tied at the top with a record of 4-4.

Now, other than a possible Kupp trade, there's another name that's been recently floated. And, early this week, head coach Sean McVay went so far as to confirm the Rams are, indeed, allowing cornerback Tre'Davious White to seek a trade.

In the past three games, White has found himself inactive since the return of Darious Williams from injury. White's four games with the Rams haven't been special, by any means, and he looks to be way past his former All Pro self.

Still, there's a team out there which makes a ton of sense and could rejuvenate his play a bit.

The Baltimore Ravens should be calling on Tre'Davious White immediately

As it stands, the Baltimore Ravens are dead last in pass defense, allowing over 291 yards per game through the air. They are also beat up in the secondary, with both Marlon Humphrey and Nate Wiggins hurt.

This past week, Jameis Winston and the lowly Browns offense (or so we thought) lit up the Ravens for 334 yards through the air and three passing touchdowns. This also came after the team traded Amari Cooper, of course.

It was an embarrassment for Baltimore and a wake-up call if they ever needed one. Now, with only a week before the trade deadline, Baltimore should be looking for cornerback help. And, this is a team that isn't afraid of making moves, especially when it comes to adding veterans on defense.

To make matters even worst and put things into perspective for the Ravens, over their last three games, they have allowed an average of over 324 passing yards per game.

If Baltimore wanted to take a chance on White, it likely wouldn't cost anything more than a sixth-round pick, at most. It might only cost a conditional seventh rounder that could work its way into a sixth, based on playing time or other conditions for White, the rest of the way.

In any event, White has worked his way out of the Rams' plans for this year, and on a one-year contract, he should be easily traded. Baltimore simply makes the most sense, right now.
