Now that the NFL Draft has ended and we all get the chance to return to our normal life, it's time to focus on ... the next NFL Draft, apparently. Or even the one after that? It's hard to tell how exactly the Arch Manning sweepstakes are going to play out, which is music to the ears of anyone who's ever used that name liberally during their weekly page view hunt. Manning has been The Next Great One since he was, like, three and the whole 'Tank For X' bit has resurfaced on the internet, apparently here to stay for as long as 24 months.

That didn't stop Bleacher Report from randomly listing teams that Manning may end up on, though. Yeah, I don't get it either – you'd have to ask them why. Then again, it got them aggregated, so who's laughing? Here's some of what they say, if you really have to know.

B/R's reasons for connecting Arch Manning and the Rams make very little sense

"The Los Angeles Rams are operating under Matthew Stafford's clock, with no real indication of when the quarterback's timetable officially ends. Stafford is already operating by a year-to-year basis and his contemplation of retirement is well-known. In the near future, GM Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay must seriously entertain the idea of bringing in the veteran signal-caller's heir.

The 16-year-veteran will be 38 next year, and he's taken a significant beating throughout his career that led to serious injuries. Stafford's shelf-life has to be at the forefront of the team's actions ... Unlike other teams on this list, Los Angeles won't be searching for an immediate replacement unless Stafford decides to retire. Otherwise, it can invest in a first-round quarterback and let him learn for a season or two behind one of the NFL's best."

"Unlike other teams on this list, the Rams don't belong on this list" is a wild reason to include a team on said list, but web traffic demands boldness from us all. This does feel a little silly considering Stafford and the Rams quite literally just agreed to an extension, but the internet is full of silly ideas. [Shakes fist] Bleacher Report!
