Rams Media/Writers

1) Bernie Miklasz(@miklasz) vs 16)Rams Addiction(@RamsAddiction)

Bernie is a solid one seed, but unfortunately for the Rams Addiction crew, they drew him up in the first round. Miklasz writes for St. Louis Today and does some work with 101 ESPN St. Louis. A great guy that does a good job covering the St. Louis sports.

The Rams Addiction crew has a nice podcast, but in all reality, this is a Davis vs Goliath type of match. The only difference here, David doesn’t have much of a chance.

2) Jim Thomas(@jthom) vs 15) Cover 32 Rams(@cover32STL)

This is another clear favorite in Jim Thomas. Thomas does a great job keeping the fans updated on what’s going on with the team on Twitter and its hard to see him not coming out of this round.

Like the Rams Addiction crew, Cover 32 Rams does  a good job as well, however, this is just a bad matchup.

3)Randy Karakker(@RandyKarraker) vs 14) Steven Gerwell(@Steve_Ger)

For a 3-14 matchup, this one could turn out to be really close, and well, as the co-host of the Fast Lane implied, this one could be an upset.

Steven Gerwell writes about the Rams on Bleacher Report and does a fine job at it. He likes the Rams so much he dreams about them.

4) Tony Softli(

@SoftliSTL

)  vs 13) Ramblin’ Fan(@ramblinfan)

While Softli no longer covers the team, we had to give him his respect even if it is against yours truly. Last season Softli spent some time doing sideline reporting for Rams games on 101ESPN. Nowadays, Softli does a lot of scouting college players.

Well, you guys know us, we’re awesome, we’re the 13 seed like Kurt Warner, and like Warner, we have a Cinderella like run in us, so be sure to vote for us or there will be serious consequences. However, if we lost to a guy like Tony Softli, we couldn’t be too disappointed.

5) Howard Balzer(@HBalzer721) vs 12) Shane Gray(@ShaneGmoSTLRams)

This is a 5-12 matchup that has true potential for an upset. Balzer does a great job covering the Rams, but Shane really cares about the fans and has been all over keeping them in St. Louis.

6)TurfShow Times(@TurfShowTimes) vs 11) Myles Simmons(@MylesASimmons)

This is a very interesting 6-11 matchup that could go either way. TurfShow Times has a great staff and are always active and having a good time on Twitter. By the way, Im all for Erik Bradgord.

Myles Simmons has done a great job taking over at stlouisrams.com for Nick Wagoner, but does he have it in him to pull out an upset? Ill leave that up to you guys.

7)Nick Wagoner(@nwagoner) vs 10) Anthony Stalter(@AnthonyStalter)

You could argue that Nick Wagoner is seriously under seeded here. In reality he probably should be a top five seed. That doesn’t bode well for Stalter who may be under seeded himself. Wagoner does a great job covering the Rams for ESPN and has built great connections with the fans.

Stalter does a great job on 101ESPN co-hosting The Turn. He has also built a good connection with the fan base and comes up with a good article every once in a while.

8)Michelle Smallmon(@msmallm2) vs 9)Casey Phillips(@caseyreporting)

Battle of the women. This should be exciting. Smallmon produces the Fast Lane on 101ESPN St. Louis while Phillips also does work with 101ESPN and stlouisrams.com. This is going to be a tough choice. Who doesn’t like a girl that likes sports?
