The St. Louis Rams have the worst offense in the NFL, and it showed all game in their blowout loss to the Chicago Bears. For head coach Jeff Fisher and his Rams, the season all started out as planned; Beating the Seattle Seahawks week 1 as the offense and defense proved to be dangerous this season. However since that game, the Rams passing game has yet to be re-evolved. The passing game was so bad against the Bears, that Fisher took out starting quarterback Nick Foles and put in back up Case Keenum for the rest of the 4th quarter after Foles threw an interception near the end of the quarter. Foles finished the game with his worst performance as a Ram, as he completed 17 passes out of 26, for 200 yards along with an interception.

Foles finished the day with a 47.2 completion percentage rate, with a 14.4 quarterback rating. Absolute horrible. Foles has been on a slow decline since Week 1 and Fisher had enough. In his press confernce today, Jeff Fisher announced that back up quarterback Case Keenum will be starting this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. The Rams made the news official via twitter this evening.
Keenum did get some action on the last drive for the Rams against the Bears, yet never got the oppourinity to throw the ball. That will all change this Sunday, as Keenum will hopefully get the Rams offense back up and running. Fisher went on to comment more about Keenum and the reasoning he is starting this Sunday.
"“I’m looking for Keenum to be an “offensive spark” for the team,”"
