The very first person to put down a deposit for season tickets for the Los Angeles Rams is now trying to persuade a certain quarterback to come join the Rams. It got very interesting during The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon as his guests on Wednesday nights show were both Magic Johnson and Super Bowl 50 winning quarterback Peyton Manning.

The biggest question for Manning right now is should he retire or come back and play some more football. Well according to Johnson, he wants Peyton to come back and play for the Los Angeles Rams. During the show, Fallon told Magic that he was one of the first to put down a deposit for season ticket for the Rams, and a very surprising response would soon come out of Mr. Johnson’s mouth.
Magic would go on to respond about being the first one to secure season tickets for the Rams with a little side note. “That’s right, and I tried to talk somebody out of retirement and come to the Rams. I said, Man If you play again, come to the Rams” Well this quarterback would soon come out onto the show, as Magic let the world know who he wants as the Rams QB. Magic told Fallon “I was working on him backstage, I will even chip in some money”
Peyton Manning really did not have a strong response to Magic wanting him to come to LA, as he still is being quiet on his decision so far. It seems everyday there is a new rumor that Manning should come to the Los Angeles Rams to create a buzz for the team and city. Adam Schefter brought the rumor to life last week as it could be a serious option for the Rams.
A couple of days ago, Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times, joined Ross Tucker who was filling in for Dan Patrick on the Dan Patrick Show to discuss Peyton Manning’s possibility of coming back. Farmer went on to say during the show
"“Well, I think the Rams would certainly take a look at it because it would continue to generate interest. I think 40-year old quarterback, and I talked to Olivia Manning, his mom, after the game. She really wants him to retire. To me, talk of that creates a buzz.”"
It’s still a very low chance that Manning does come to LA to play QB for the Rams, but all this talk has to have Manning thinking of a possible future in LA. Does Peyton Manning still have a couple of years left to lead the Rams in LA? Could be interesting.
