Los Angeles Rams players are excited for a new beginning

Rams players finally touched down in Oxnard as they began their first day of voluntary workouts this week
Starting April 18th Los Angeles Rams players have the opportunity to head to Oxnard to begin voluntary workouts with the team. It was quite the transition as the Rams moved everything from St. Louis to Los Angeles as they will begin a new era in 2016. With the Rams moving back to Los Angeles, they are going to be facing media 24/7 especially with them being aired on this seasons ‘Hard Knocks’. Robert Quinn, Truman Johnson, Tavon Austin and T.J. McDonald addressed the media Monday which all of them excited for a new beginning.
Robert Quinn would open the day for the media, as he would talk about how Los Angeles is his new home.
"“This is the new home for us, We are going to make the most out of it. This is my first time living in California and like I said its different from the other coast but this is my new home and I’m going to make the most out of it” – Quinn"
Last year defensive end Robert Quinn would lead the Rams to five sacks and three forced fumbles in eight games. He dealt with injury last season but was still a valuable part of the defense when healthy. Donald will be on the scary defensive line with Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers, and William Hayes this upcoming season.
Number one cornerback Truman Johnson would spend most of his time talking about how lucky he is to be a member of this Rams team.
"“First off, this weather you can’t beat it it’s nice. Throughout the year man, it’s LA. It’s going to create opportunities on and off the field. It’s good to come back with my teammates in team activities, I’m coming back home also. It’s a great feeling to get the tag placed with the Rams, The last time they placed was back in 08-09 so it’s a blessing” – Johnson"
Last year cornerback Truman Johnson would lead the Rams to a team high seven interceptions along with returning one of those for a touchdown. Johnson proved last year that he deserves to be paid, and that’s what the Rams did by placing their franchise tag on him.

Tavon Austin would finally get his chance to talk to the media, as he talked about the desire to get back to work and start winning some games.
"“To me the most important thing is Coach Fisher and the team held everything but we are finally here. Everybody is here and ready to start our offseason workouts. The main thing is we are ready to get focused. We got one more thing, which is the Draft and after that we are ready to go. I’m ready to get to work” – Austin"
Austin was a key part of the offense as he would total 473 receiving yards, 434 rushing yards along with ten total touchdowns. Austin is hungry and determine to start winning.
Lastly, T.J. McDonald would talk to the media, about how excited he was to be back in California. McDonald played in the Coliseum in College.
"“I’m excited to be back in California, when I got the news we were moving, I was excited. I was born and raised here so it’s exciting to be back. It’s going to be crazy to play back in the Coliseum, I never thought I would play there ago, my last college game I thought for sure that was it. It’s something special about playing in the Coliseum” – McDonald"
McDonald played in eleven games with the Rams last year with recording 63 combined tackles along with one sack, and forced fumble. Los Angeles Rams players are ready to begin their new era, but will it be a good one?
