Pharoh Cooper Finds End Zone For First Time
Speaking of high expectations, the Rams hope Pharoh Cooper can have an immediate impact as a rookie and after a rough debut against the Cowboys, the wideout will hopefully build off his performance against the Chiefs over the final two preseason games.
After dropping a key pass early on, Cooper redeemed himself with an 11-yard touchdown in the second quarter during a play that was almost ruled out of bounds. This play was the perfect example of the type of hustle that can set players apart from one another and if Cooper keeps this up, he could emerge as the team’s No. 3 wideout behind Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt.
Of course, Cooper still has a long way to go when it comes to proving himself with all of the competition at wide receiver. Then again, let’s hope Cooper turns out to be just like Goff and uses his first score as a confidence boost.
