Los Angeles Rams fans are fed up with Case Keenum and so much so that they would rather have good old Tim Tebow behind center.

The frustration Los Angeles Rams fans have with Case Keenum has officially boiled over when chants for Tim Tebow could be heard throughout the Stadium against the Carolina Panthers in Week 9.

During another miserable half of football for Keenum and the Rams offense, fans began chanting for No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff to come into the game. After that wish wasn’t granted, we began to hear the Tebow chants.

Things have officially hit rock bottom. When a player’s own fans would rather have a quarterback who is no longer in the league over him, you know it’s bad. Tebow hasn’t thrown a pass in a regular season game since 2012.

Keenum was was 9 of 19 for 115 yards with no picks in the first half of the Week 9 showdown with Carolina. The Panthers were successful in sacking the Rams quarterback twice.

Aside from Keenum’s lackluster showing, the Rams offense as a whole was unable to get anything going. Running back Todd Gurley had just 35 yards on 10 carries in the first 30 minutes.

Head coach Jeff Fisher has claimed Goff isn’t playing because he isn’t ready, which is something quarterbacks coach Chris Weinke echoed this week. It’s clear there is no remedy to the anger at Keenum other than inserting Goff in his place. Rams fans will continue to wait for that to happen.
