Former Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher touched on several topics during an interview on SiriusXM on Tuesday.
In an interview on SiriusXM, Jeff Fisher said he wanted to model the Rams after the Seattle Seahawks, and touched on several other topics on Tuesday.
Fisher talked about the reason he initially took the job with the Rams, which included having Sam Bradford behind center and his desire to work for Stan Kroenke:
The former Rams head coach then went on to talk about Jared Goff and praised the No. 1 overall pick for his competitiveness and command of the offense, noting he is “a Jared Goff fan.”
He also thinks Goff is improving and expects big things from the rookie.
Fisher also admitted he tried to model the Rams after the Seahawks, but it didn’t work out:
When asked about what his future would hold, Fisher said he’d like to get back into coaching if he can get another shot:
Fisher’s plans on coaching again are no secret, as he even stated he wants a chance at revenge against the Rams in an interview that aired on Sunday. He’ll have to land a job first, which might be tough considering his ugly tenure with the Rams.
