1. Cleveland Browns

The good news for the Cleveland Browns is the team failed to end up on the wrong side of NFL history by becoming the second team to go an entire season without winning a single game. Thanks to finishing with a 1-15 record, the Browns will have plenty of options after earning the top overall pick for the upcoming draft.

Prior to the start of the 2016 season, Cleveland brought Robert Griffin III on board with the hope he would be the answer at quarterback, but the former first-round pick was sidelined for a majority of the season due to a shoulder injury. At this point, it’s tough to determine whether Griffin deserves another shot to prove he’s the answer at quarterback, and when looking at all of the talent from this year’s draft class, it will be tough to not at least consider one of the upcoming rookies.

On the other hands, the Browns do have two picks in the first round of this year’s draft thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles, which means they could easily wait until the 12th pick for a quarterback. With Gregg Williams joining the team as the new defensive coordinator, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Cleveland focus on that side of the football for the top pick.
