The remarkable balance the Los Angeles Rams posses up and down their roster also means that scoring points isn’t the exclusive domain of McVay, Goff, or the Rams offense.

D-coordinator Wade Phillips has a group who can help put points on the scoreboard, home or away.

In Week 2, the Rams will do just that.

One thing fans saw but may be reluctant to admit, is that Los Angeles was inconsistent through the better part of Monday night in Oakland. I’d ask those same fans what the big deal is in acknowledging that?

Having taken no snaps during the preseason would certainly impact how well Goff and the rest of the Rams offense played. The same can be said for the defense.

That said, those areas on both sides of the football that were rusty in Week 1, won’t be in Week 2.

Los Angeles will score in a host of ways on Sunday. Look for every area of the Rams game plan to contribute to 50 points or more, as an absolutely overwhelming display of firepower is deployed, and shows what other teams may expect when they play LA.

While the Rams at home doesn’t necessarily mean a win, it will on Sunday. The Cardinals were swept last season, and will get another taste of that in Week 2, as the Rams set their agenda against an NFC West foe.
