In just two seasons, Johnson has already lived up to the hype for Los Angeles when looking at the impact he’s made so quickly, as the former Boston College star has slowly worked in his way into the conversation of being a top safety in the league.
For the most part, the defense of the Rams hasn’t always been consistent throughout the 2018 season when looking at how many times they give up big points to opponents. But when it comes to Johnson, the Los Angeles star still deserves credit for finding ways to make the necessary impact for his team to put them in better shape each week.
With four interceptions to his name with two games to go, Johnson may be viewed as one of the biggest snubs from the NFC when considering he wasn’t even named an alternate.
Then again, if this snub motivates Johnson to take his game to a whole new level for when it matters the most come January, maybe this will work out for the best with Los Angeles.
