5 things for Los Angeles Rams to watch during 2019 Wild Card Round

5. How Eagles look
Even though the Rams can only face the Eagles in the NFC Championship if it were to happen since the defending champions are the No. 6 seed, their game against the Bears is still a meaningful one.

If Philadelphia were to come up short against Chicago, then Los Angeles would get to host the NFC North champions next Saturday night. And even though the Bears won the first time around, the Rams would hope playing at home would end up making a huge difference.
However, if the Eagles were to win this contest, the Rams would then face the winner of the game between the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks.
More importantly, if Philadelphia continues to be one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and somehow manages to knock off the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Round, this could set Los Angeles up for a potential home game for the NFC Championship.
Obviously, the same could be said for Dallas and Seattle. But also, the Eagles are defending champions for a reason, and as one of the hottest teams may have the best shot at taking down the Saints to give this scenario a better chance of happening for the Rams.
