Like the Patriots at the Chiefs, the Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints are playing a rematch of a game they had in Week 9. However unlike the last game, LA looks to be improved where the running game is concerned as they feature a two-headed attack with Todd Gurley and C.J. Anderson.

Los Angeles also has the benefit of having played the Saints in the Dome earlier this season. New Orleans has a tremendous home field advantage, and with them hosting a playoff game, an NFC Championship Game no less, fans will be a factor on Sunday afternoon.

But not a game deciding factor.

The Rams have an opportunity via a more dynamic and sustainable ground game to use the clock. Nothing can take a crowd out of a game like long drives that produce results. Against the Dallas Cowboys, Anderson rushed for 123 yards while Gurley had 115. Combined they also scored three touchdowns.

Look for the LA defense to also get hits on Saints quarterback Drew Brees. With the re-emergence of Ndamukong Suh working in tandem with Aaron Donald, the Rams will look to make it a long day for Brees, especially if he’s picking himself off of the turf.

As good as the Saints have been this season, the Rams have added some new wrinkles with their running game, and that’s another weapon that helps them on the road Sunday.
