11. Cincinnati Bengals: Jawaan Taylor, Offensive Tackle, Florida

Could this be Andy Dalton’s final chance to prove himself worthy of being the starter for the Cincinnati Bengals under center? Even though the former TCU star was limited to appearing in just 11 games last year for the Bengals, Dalton having a losing record in each of the last three seasons certainly doesn’t help his case.

Of course, moving on from Dalton is always easier said than done when looking at the cap hit Cincinnati would be forced to take, which is why the best option seems to be watching how he performs during Zac Taylor’s first year as head coach.

In order to help get the best out of Dalton, it will be up to the Bengals to make sure their quarterback receives the necessary protection from the offensive line to avoid suffering another serious injury like last season.

Jawaan Taylor’s time at Florida showed what kind of potential he has in the NFL, whether it happens to be his ability as a pass blocker or simply the strength he brings to the offensive line. Cincinnati needs protection from Dalton, and Taylor may not deserve to go this high in the first round, but also the offensive tackle could watch his stock rise from now until the end of April.
