6. New York Giants: Dwayne Haskins, Quarterback Ohio State

Sooner or later, the New York Giants will need to figure out some sort of game plan for life without Eli Manning since the two-time Super Bowl MVP isn’t getting any younger. At least when the time does come for the Giants to move on from Manning, the next quarterback will have an offense loaded with weapons to work with.

Prior to last season, New York was already fortunate to have one of the most explosive receivers in Odell Beckham Jr. when looking at how difficult it is to defend the wideout, but the addition of Saquon Barkley took this unit to a whole new level.

With an explosive receiver in Beckham along with a playmaker like Barkley who can be dangerous in both the ground and passing game, this Giants’ offense has the potential to be scary good for years to come.

Unlike last year’s draft, New York can’t afford to pass up on selecting a quarterback in the first round since there is simply too much potential at the position from this year’s class. Dwayne Haskins made quite the name for himself at Ohio State this past season by nearly throwing for 5,000 yards to go along with 50 touchdown passes, and the thought of him joining an offense like the Giants should terrify the rest of the NFC when it comes to the future.
