3. Robert Griffin III

All jokes aside, Robert Griffin III deserves some credit for being a good teammate last season for being there for Lamar Jackson to help the rookie adjust to playing in the NFL, and most importantly, help him fill in for Joe Flacco towards the end of the season.

Griffin’s NFL career hasn’t exactly been the most smooth ride in the world since his stellar rookie campaign in 2012, but this doesn’t mean he still can’t find ways to make an impact, whether it happens to be on the Ravens or another team.

Since Jared Goff obviously isn’t going away anytime soon, the only chance of Los Angeles considering the possibility of Griffin would be if the team were in need of an experienced backup quarterback if Sean Mannion were to leave.

Despite all of the praise from over the years, keep in mind that Mannion hasn’t exactly been in a position (thank goodness) where the Rams needed to rely on the backup quarterback in a meaningful game.

In other words, even if Los Angeles were to choose between Mannion and Griffin, the Ravens backup may be the better option anyway just from an experienced perspective alone since it’s better to have a reliable option instead of an inexperienced one.
