1. Eli Harold

Turns out, the trade that sent Eli Harold to the Lions from the San Francisco 49ers was probably the best thing to happen to the linebacker’s career after watching him set a career high with four sacks in 2018.

Similar to the other players already mentioned, Detroit could very well look into the possibility of bringing Harold back for another year after previously making a strong case for himself. But also if Harold were to draw interest from other teams with better offers, this could make things a little more complicated for the Lions.

As much as Detroit doesn’t want to hear it, there’s a good chance that numerous teams will view Harold as a potential free agency steal if he picks up where he left off during the 2019 season.

Linebacker was already considered a top priority for the Rams to focus on this offseason since it was a need last year as well, and even if Dante Fowler Jr. were to return for his first full season with the Rams, adding Harold to the picture wouldn’t hurt at all.

If anything, a move like this could put Los Angeles in better position to make another run a the Super Bowl with hopefully better results.
