4. Ryan Fitzpatrick

Remember at the beginning of last season when Ryan Fitzpatrick was playing at a MVP level for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and even replaced Jameis Winston for a little bit because he was playing on that high of a level?

Unfortunately, things would quickly go down for Fitzpatrick and the Buccaneers, but the one positive factor for the veteran quarterback proved he still has some gas left in the old tank to still make an impact for the 2019 season, even if the role involves being a backup.

To say Fitzpatrick has bounced around over the years would be a huge understatement, and while he may not be the answer long-term for the backup role, his experience alone certainly makes for an interesting case.

By throwing 24 touchdown passes over the last two seasons in 14 games, some team is going to want to give Fitzpatrick an opportunity to be part of their roster for the 2019 season, whether it happens to be the Rams or someone else.

After being selected by the Rams all the way back in 2005 when the team was still in St. Louis, how ironic would be if he ended his career with the team while they were playing in Los Angeles?
