2. D.K. Metcalf

To say D.K. Metcalf blew scouts away at the NFL Combine would be a huge understatement when taking into consideration all of the players who watched their stock rise, the wideout ranks near the top of that list.

More from Ramblin' Fan

Numbers wise, Metcalf didn’t stand out at Ole Miss like some of the other wide receivers from this year’s draft class, but his physical set of skills seems to have all sorts of potential at the NFL level.

At this point with Seattle’s current situation in the passing game, Wilson will take any help he can get for the 2019 season, and whether it ends up being the first round or later on, the Seahawks are expected to go with a receiver at some point in the draft.

Plus, let’s not forget the high-scoring offense of the Rams that could potentially see both contests in 2019 turn into shootouts with the Seahawks, meaning it will be up to Wilson on offense to make sure they can put up the necessary points to keep it close.

If Metcalf were to be part of the picture, it’s safe to say that players like Marcus Peters or Aqib Talib would certainly have their hands full on defense.
