1. Rashaan Evans

Rightfully so, Tennessee decided to use their first-round pick in 2018 on Rashaan Evans to add depth at the linebacker position.

Over the years, Alabama has seen plenty of former defenders go on to have successful NFL careers, and if his rookie campaign is any indication of what the future holds, Evans is only going to get better with experience.

At the moment, Evans currently sits behind Jayon Brown, who Tennessee selected in the draft back in 2017, on the depth chart, but this doesn’t mean the Titans aren’t going to use him as much as possible during his sophomore campaign.

Unfortunately for the Rams, any chance of landing Evans or convincing the Titans to possibly trade the linebacker would most likely mean they would need to give up a high future draft pick.

As great as Los Angeles appears on defense, linebacker is one position they could use some extra depth with since similar to cornerback, there is some uncertainty beyond the 2019 season.

The addition of someone like Evans would work wonders for the Rams moving forward, and even though this scenario is a long shot over the fact that Tennessee seems unwilling to even consider him in a trade, it’s still fun to think about.
