LA Rams last 2020 NFL Draft – 2020 Mock Draft 5.0

Round 3 – Running Back
With the 94th pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, the LA Rams select running back, Zack Moss, from the University of Utah.
The LA Rams offense doesn’t wait long to restock the running back position. While no player can be expected to replace the shoes of Todd Gurley, Utah Utes’ running back Zack Moss will at least give the Rams’ fans someone to become excited over.
Moss is worth the excitement, folks. Standing 5-foot-9 and weighing a muscular 223 pounds, Moss has the right build to fill multiple roles for the Rams at running back. He is small enough to be elusive, a tough runner to get a bead on, as he churns those legs through the smallest of holes in the line of scrimmage. But he’s powerful enough to run through would-be tackles and durable enough to be a feature runner in the NFL.
He almost grins at the moment of contact, as though he enjoys doling out punishment. He is solid next rusher for the Rams, a team with a legacy of running back greats. He flashes both gears – power for short-yardage and burst for explosive huge gain plays. He even adds pass receptions to his arsenal, hauling in 66 passes for 685 yards and three touchdowns over his college career.
Two picks, two huge holes filled. But the Rams have unfilled needs to meet.
