It was seven.. It was confusing. Now it's eight, and everything is great.

The Los Angeles Rams were not trying to confuse anyone when their initial list of 2025 NFL Draft picks only had seven picks. Per the NFL rules, teams cannot acknowledge the proceeds of any trade before the start of the new NFL season, when the league records and approves the transaction.

The trade is now official. That means the Rams website has now displayed all eight picks in the Rams' purse that can be spent in the upcoming draft. Of course, if you had checked in with our website, you would already know about the Rams' eight picks, when those picks will occur, and why the Rams have these picks.

But we all get busy sometimes. And as a result, it's tough to check back to stay up to date. So, we've brought the 2025 NFL Draft picks to you one more time.

Round 1: No. 26 overall

Round 3: No. 90 overall

Round 3: No. 101 overall (special compensatory)

Round 4: No. 127 overall

Round 6: No. 190 overall (from Atlanta Falcons)

Round 6: No. 195 overall (from Pittsburgh Steelers)

Round 6: No. 201 overall

Round 6: No. 202 overall (from Chicago Bears in Jonah Jackson trade)

The 2025 NFL Draft is a three-day event, and will be held April 24-26, 2025 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. While the Rams are still in the process of filling in the roster holes via free agency, we know that the team has had impressive success in recent drafts. The lack of many elite rookie prospects in this draft is more than made up by very deep NFL-starter level rookies at several positions that the Rams need to stock up on.

Post-combine reviews of the 2025 NFL Draft class gave high marks to the talent-level and depth at running back, tight end, and defensive linemen. But don't hold the Rams to that, as they have a savvy knack of going against the grain and finding gems at positions that other NFL teams ignored.

How will the Rams use their picks? Is this the year that the Rams land a top-tier tight end? Or will the Rams try to trade up for one of the elite playmakers in this draft? Of course, the front office could always trade back, and add valuable picks rather than make a selection on Day 1.

Anything goes when it comes to the LA Rams and the NFL Draft. Stay tuned. And as always, thanks for reading.
