The Cooper Kupp era of Los Angeles Rams football has come to an end, as the team has informed him that he'll be released on Wednesday. Kupp might not be wanted in Los Angeles anymore (at least not by the Rams) but that doesn't mean he won't have a strong market when he's officially able to sign wherever he wants.
Dan Orlovsky, a former NFL quarterback turned NFL analyst, provided a list of teams that he thinks should give Kupp and his agent a call as soon as possible. On that list were the Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, and Tennessee Titans.
Out of those five teams, it's easy to point to the team Rams fans would least like to see land Kupp and that's the Seahawks. It's going to be weird enough not having Kupp in Rams gear anymore but throwing in the possibility of him playing the Rams twice a year and wearing Seahawks colors is too much for Rams fans to handle right now.
As for the other teams, they all make perfect sense. The Bears are an up-and-coming team while the Patriots, Steelers, and Titans could all use more help on the offensive side of the ball.

Kupp was a wonderful player for the Rams and was a massive piece in helping them win Super Bowl LVI where Kupp was crowned MVP. The sad reality is that he was injury-prone and the team felt it was best to move on from him.

They've still done their part to surround Matthew Stafford with weapons though. He'll still have Puka Nacua and the Rams brought in Davante Adams as well so the offense should hopefully not miss much of a beat when the 2025 season gets underway.
It'll be weird and sad to see Kupp play elsewhere but the NFL is a business and sometimes, these decisions are tough but still need to be made.
