The NFL has several slobberknockers on the schedule for Week 11. But the one game that continues to draw NFL experts and analysts is the confrontation developing in the NFC West. This is an early showdown that pits two NFL contenders in a head-on collision. The outcome? An uncontested claim for an inside track to the NFC West Division title.

It's the 7-2 Seattle Seahawks facing off against the 7-2 Los Angeles Rams. Sea

This game will feature Los Angeles in its Rivalry Uniforms debut, the Midnight-themed one-time-only jersey. It's a game that pits LA's 13 personnel against the Seahawks defense. It's a test of irresistible force versus immovable object.

And NFL expert Mina Kimes is adding her voice to the growing number of analysts who are touting this Week 111 matchup as must-see television.

Mina Kimes is not alone in her assessment. ESPN NFL analyst Ryan Clark is right there with her. It's clear that it won't be just Seahawks and Rams fans tuning into this one. Because both teams enter this one tied with the NFC's best record, the winner of this one will make headlines.

What is so compelling about the Seahawks vs. Rams confrontation?

The Seahawks and Rams are evenly matched teams, which is a huge anomaly at this point in the season. While Seattle gets all the praise and accolades for a dominating defense, Los Angeles matches up just as significantly.

But even as the two teams square off in Week 11, the same LA secondary questions surface once more. Can the cornerbacks hold up? That is the one question that everyone seems to be asking right now. But before we fret about what might be, let's give a quick review of what the Rams' cornerbacks have done.

Sure, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Mac Jones had some success against the secondary in two outings. But how has this defense responded after those contests? The entire defense allowed just 20 points across three games. The defense allowed 117 passing yards against the Baltimore Ravens, 296 yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and 176 yards against the New Orleans Saints.

But keep in mind that much of the Jaguars' passing yards showed up in garbage time, after LA had a substantial lead and converted to a prevent defense.

Better still, cornerback Emmanuel Forbes Jr. has stepped up his game, picking off passes in each of the past two games.

And therein lies the rub. What about turnovers? Los Angeles enters this game with a net turnover of (+7). Seattle shows up with a net turnover of (-4). In a game of evenly matched opponents, turnovers can be a difference-maker. Right now, that would place LA in the pole position.

As always, thanks for reading.
