The LA Rams are not the only team to pursue upgrades over their 2023 NFL season. The NFC West, often the most competitive division in the NFL, suffered a bit of a lull in 2023. The San Francisco 49ers, the LA Rams, and even the Seattle Seahawks all did their part, finishing the season with records above .500. Unfortunately, the rebuilding Arizona Cardinals suffered a bit of a challenging season, ending the year with a record of 4-13, and very much looking like a team that is still a year or two away from competing in the postseason.

But this is a new season, and with it comes a new outlook. Optimism is free this time of year, and every team is just one or two players away from a Super Bowl run. At least, until the first kickoff on opening NFL Sunday.

The 2024 NFL Draft is rapidly approaching, and the LA Rams have already met with 14+ prospects. It's a wonderful time of the year for NFL draftniks and strategies. Teams shed players to restock their cash drawers to shop in the 2024 NFL Free Agency market. Perhaps not so surprisingly, GM Les Snead has been rather aggressive in adding players to the roster.
