The LA Rams are no strangers to uniform controversy. In fact, the Rams have been embroiled over the trifecta of color pallette, new uniforms, and logo uprisings that went viral on social media. This was a challenge that the LA Rams front office never expected, and required a bit of humility to turn the situation around.
Of course, that required a bit of humble pie to be served to LA Rams Corporate Operations Officer Kevin Demoff. The Rams pivoted from a Grand Reveal that was already getting viral pushback on social media to a new strategy: Incorporating the debut of the new logo/uniforms/colors into a fundraising event to raise money for the Los Angeles United Way and the Los Angeles Food Bank.
Love the new logo, great! Donate to @LAUnitedWay @LAFoodBank during @abc7 te”LA”Thon today. Want to vent about the new logo? Great. Donate to the Relief Fund. If we get over $2m of donations, I will read the Top 10 Mean Tweets our fans have about the logo. https://t.co/1qKfPcc0hF

The gambit paid off, money was raised, and Demoff read the 10 meanest Tweets.

But in the aftermath, was something not done . . . 'right?' After all, the LA Rams are a long-established NFL franchise with chapters that began in Cleveland Ohio, then to Los Angeles California, then to St. Louis, Missouri, and finally back to Los Angeles, California. This is a team whose list of heroic players goes on and on and on.
Another team with a long NFL history is that of the Philadelphia Eagles, a team whose fanbase has never truly forgive the franchise for abandoning their trademark Kelly Green color in the name of progress. Well, is appears that the color Kelly Green will be making a comeback in 2023 for the Eagles.

No dates confirmed but it’s going to be back this year.
That triggered a thought. Do the LA Rams fans, who have clearly not been overly impressed with the direction the LA Rams are taking in terms of logos, color pallette, and uniform design, have a cherished color scheme that they would love to see brought back as well?
While nobody is holding a placard for the Rams to bring back those dirty white Bone jerseys, the team did have a tremendous streak of good luck when the team wore that color. For the most part, the most positive responses to any proposed Rams uniform colors have been the blue and white options. That has been the case since the Rams hired new head coach Sean McVay:

In fact, that color scheme continues to surface, as amateur artists spinkle alternative uniform colors and looks on Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

So all of this has led to this simple basic question. Do the LA Rams have a vintage uniform color as popular with fans as Eagles Kelly Green is as popular with the Eagles fans? If so, which color is notably missing in today's options that would do well to come back?
Perhaps if we try hard enough, the LA Rams will listen and return that color to Rams players in the future. If we can get that settled, perhaps we can tackle an even more important topic: Getting the Rams to bring back the classic curlicue to the Rams helmets.
