Over the past three seasons, the Los Angeles Rams have fought for 10, 10, and 12 victories. That's a pretty tightly ordered set of numbers, and statistics theory could tell you a great deal about that population that you care to read about in a Rams article. But it is relevant because it adds validity and confidence to the latest projection for LA's wins in 2026 by Fox Sports: NFL.
What is your team's projected win total after the full 2026 schedule release? 🏈 pic.twitter.com/jCtgtddHUw

They view Los Angeles and the Baltimore Ravens atop the NFL with 11.5 projected wins apiece. So the question becomes, should the Ramily buy or sell that league-leading projection? Well, where can objective fans start?.
LA has seven scheduled prime-time games. That seems to suggest success.
The Horns claimed 12 wins in 2025, a season that was tainted with struggles on special teams, a fading secondary, and a midseason game played in England. LA swept the AFC South Division and their 36-32 collective record. It won four games in the NFC West Division, with a cumulative record of 29-22 against three rivals.
The remaining seven games were fought to a 4-3 record against the NFC South, plus the Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, and Philadelphia Eagles. In hindsight, LA has a similarly difficult schedule in 2026.
Rams fans can be bullish on an 11.5 victory projection
Of course, anything can and likely will happen this season. But the first impression of the LA Rams 2026 schedule suggests the team will rise to the occasion. Los Angeles has the stability of working with the same core front office and coaching staff for nearly 10 seasons. That's incredible in the modern NFL.
Not every coaching hire will generate instant success. Not every drafted rookie will start and flourish in the NFL. The Baltimore Ravens are under new management. Can they instantly rebound to dominate the always competitive AFC North Division? Will the return of Daniel Jones to the Indianapolis Colts only result in 7.5 wins? That's a half-game less than 2025.
Los Angeles is in great shape to turn up 11.5 wins in 2026. But I wouldn't put any money down on the rest of those projections without a great deal of additional information.
As always, thanks for reading.
