Just a couple of days after his official release from the LA Rams, wide receiver Cooper Kupp appears to be making a decision on his next team.

It didn't take long for Kupp, and there was plenty of reported interest in his services. The main thing, here, was the fact that it didn't look like it would take Kupp long to make his decision. Everything we heard and saw alluded to the fact that a decision would come quickly.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Dallas Cowboys are working on a deal with Kupp as of Friday morning.

It's all but official, now, as it looks like Kupp could be joining Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb in what would be a fairly lethal offense.

The biggest question for Dallas then becomes whether they'll have a sufficient run game to go with the two major receiving threats in Lamb and Kupp.

As for the Rams, it was of course expected the team move on from Kupp for weeks now, since he publicly admitted he was being shopped right around the Super Bowl.

Los Angeles already went out and signed Davante Adams just prior to the league's free agency period officially opening up. That was the final nail in the coffin, as if anyone actually thought they'd keep Kupp around.

Now, he gets a chance to continue his career in a place that hasn't seen much postseason success recently. In fact, the Cowboys' playoff record over the past 25 years is just 4-10. The Rams, meanwhile, have won a Super Bowl recently, which Kupp was a part of.

With the Rams moving on from Kupp, it's a somewhat-sad reality. But, fans can only hope the best for him in the end. If Kupp is able to not only find success in Dallas, but stay healthy, Rams fans won't be able to help but be happy for him.
