The St. Louis Rams 2015 preseason schedule has been announced. The Rams will kick off the season in Oakland  and will wrap things at home against the Kansas City Chiefs to play for the Governor’s Cup.

In Week 2, head coach Jeff Fisher will make his first trip back to Tennessee since leaving the team in at the end of the 2010 season. Fisher coached in Tennessee for 16 seasons.  The Rams have played the Titans one other time in Fisher’s tenure, but it was in St. Louis.

The Rams and Titans will square off on Sunday, Aug. 23, and Fox will broadcast the game across the country. The times and dates of the Rams’ other three preseason contests will be announced at a later date.

The Rams will then host to Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts in Week 3 before finishing the preseason at home against the Chiefs.

This preseason will certainly be an interesting one with lots of competition at numerous positions. There will be a lot of questions that will need to be answered. What will the offensive line look like? What will the offense in general look like? How will the offense perform with Nick Foles?

Moving to the defense, the Rams still have some questions in the secondary, specifically at the safety position. The Rams have a lot of talent, but they need to be able to put it together.

The Rams will also look to get out of this preseason healthy. Last year Truman Johnson, Sam Bradford, as well as other players went down. Johnson missed a good portion of the season and Bradford missed the year entirely.

While we would like to see everything in the preseason and get a good look a what the team will be like going into the season, the number one priority is to escape healthy.
