For all the pundits who forecasted an all star kind of defense in Los Angeles, you may need to rethink your proclamation. The Rams may get better in the weeks ahead, but for now they are a unit who gets pushed around.

Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh are the big names who just aren’t getting the kind of push expected. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson managed to throw three touchdowns while only passing for a modest 198 yards, but boy can you run on this Rams defense. Seattle running back Chris Carson rushed for 116 yards and Mike Davis ran for another 68 plus one touchdown.

Is it illogical to think that the Rams long built and sustained by a solid defense would find that defense its Achilles heel?

The last two weeks in a row would indicate a trend that may no longer be a blip.

Losing Aqib Talib hurt, but what is troubling is how efficiently Seattle ran against the Rams defense all day long.

Without question, the Rams offense looks to be able to score whenever they are on the field, but having to maintain a 30 plus point output over the remaining 11 weeks may be difficult to do.
