2. Aaron Robinson CB (UCF)

University of Central Florida Aaron Robinson was highly recruited coming out of high school. Ultimately picking to play for Nick Saban’s Roll Tide, later that year, he ended up transferring in 2016 to UCF. He wasn’t eligible to play until 2018 and Robinson has been boosting up his draft stock since the 2020 season started.  At 5-foot-11 and 194-pounds, Robinson is best suited as a slot corner at the next level. In 2020, Robinson had 41 tackles with one forced fumble and one tackle for loss.

He had an expectational senior bowl, showing his physicality and toughness. He’s not afraid to put his hands on you and fight for the football. He’s very fundamentally sound with his feet and shows some above-average balance for a corner. The Rams play physical and fast, Robinson would be a perfect fit for the Rams. His patience, athleticism, and versatility to play man or zone or even linebacker in different dime schemes.

3. Quincy Roche EDGE (Miami)

In 2019, current University of Miami Edge rusher Quincy Roche burst onto the scene with Temple University. He had 13 sacks in his junior season being named ACC defensive player of the year. His athleticism is extremely explosive with his 19 tackles for loss and 49 total tackles. Roche shoots off the edge like a bullet. After his unbelievable junior season, he then transferred to the University of Miami.  At 6’3 245 pounds, his senior bowl performance was just another showing on why Roche could be a true sack machine in the NFL. He destroyed guys in one v ones the entire week, showing his speed and versatility to play the outside linebacker position within a 3-4 defensive scheme.

Therefore, he also has excellent vision and strong hands but average strength for an edge rusher. However, he makes up for that by his technical ability, which is superb. His natural feel for the game is truly a sight to watch and his high-level IQ shows on tape every play. He’s a quick learner and will process the NFL game right away. If he has a mentor such as Aaron Donald, then the sky is the limit for him.
