2. Bye comes at perfect time

First off, how great is it going to be for the Rams to face Zac Taylor in London as the new head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals?

More from Ramblin' Fan

With all due respect to Taylor since it will be exciting to see if he has what it takes to turn around the Bengals’ offense, the Rams hope to have a major advantage in this one since Cincinnati still looks like a team that will be going through some rebuilding in 2019.

Traveling to London may seem annoying for a team like Los Angeles during Week 8, but the one positive factor for McVay and company is they get their bye week right after, which is almost too perfect.

The fact that Los Angeles will get the week off in the middle of the season instead of having to worry about it being too early is almost too perfect, and will hopefully put them in great position for the second half of the season to finish on a strong note.

Earning a trip to the playoffs for a third season in a row is going to be far from easy for a team like the Rams with all the extra pressure they will be feeling, but at least having Week 9 off is almost too perfect.
