Incognito Could Be Done For the Season

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

Just some injury notes from Sunday:   -Richie Incognito could be out for the rest of the season, after an MRI during Sunday’s game that showed he has a partial dislocated kneecap, Incognito could join the long list of injured players on the Rams this season. -Steven Jackson has a bulging disc in his back, something coach Linehan said is treatable. There should be no issues for Steven as he most likely will be ready for the team’s next game in two weeks.

Here’s To You St. Louis

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

This video from YouTube really cracks me up. It really sums up St. Louis football as a whole: We live for stomping on the Seahawks, going nowhere, home field advantage, and of course Budweiser!

Rams Review: Week 8- I Can’t Believe We Didn’t Win!

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: 3 Comments

The St. Louis Rams are 0-8 heading into their bye week. What can I say? I mean, what do you expect me to say? We stink. There’s no way around it and there’s almost nothing we can do about it either, so I hope your ready for a long second half of the season and an interesting off-season. As for this particular game, here’s what I saw (or listened to fore free as NFL.com had a free weekend of field pass): 1.) Steven Jackson can’t not get injured. I mean seriously. Let’s go, people. How does Action Jackson go down [...]

Week 8 – Browns @ Rams

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

The time is almost here as this Sunday the Rams finish out the first half of the regular season at home against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns aren’t as easy a team to beat as they have been in the past couple of years and of course we get them when theyv’e been pretty hot. I think we can take the challenge. Ha! Man I’ve tricked myself into thinking a lot of things in my life. *Offense- Marc Bulger is back again for his second week off of the injury and you know I think he’ll have a better week [...]

The Nightmare Way Before Christmas

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

I guess the St. Louis Rams have officially become the biggest punchline of not only the NFL, but also the sports blogosphere. On a positive note, a quote from Ramblin’ Fan was featured on Epic Carnival. The piece (written by one of our own) analyzes each NFL team midway through the season by using movies. The Rams, along with the Dolphins, were the stars of a fictional NFL Films’ flick called The Nightmare Way Before Christmas. If you ask us, the reviews are the best part. Here are a few for just the Rams: “Suicide doesn’t come with a bucket [...]

Jackson’s Comin’ Back!

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

The Rams have one of their stars back. Steven Jackson guarentees he will start this Sunday’s game at home against the Browns. He was in full uniform Wednesday at practice, and he hopes Rams fans everywhere will be rejuvenated when he comes back. “We’re 0-7, and we realize that,” he said. “But it’s life, and life comes with problems. You have to find the solution. That’s what I’m here for. … Hopefully, now we can get this thing turned around.” Well, it seems pretty impossible to do so, as the Rams go through what has been the worst start in [...]

Rams Dump Terrell After Arrest

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

Yesterday, the Rams made a move. I think it was good move, but I wouldn’t blame some other Rams fans if they disagreed with me. To be honest, at this point I wouldn’t mind having a man who assaults his wife playing on our offensive line. We’ve had so many problems on the line, to be honest, anyone is okay with me. No, but seriously, this is outrageous. There’s no excuse for this and it doesn’t matter if  Steven Jackson has to come up and play the line for us, this was the right move. I don’t want a guy [...]

Should Linehan Get the Boot?

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

This issue has been brought up many times, and to be honest I haven’t addressed it on this blog because I don’t think it means anything. There have been a lot of rumors going around about the future of Scott Linehan. Will he get fired because the way the Rams have played? I don’t see any reason why the Rams should let him go. The team is playing badly because of injuries and there is a small lack of talent. The main reason is the injuries. It’s not the playcalling, and its not the way Linehan treats his players. It’s [...]

Rams Request Mercy Rule

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: None Yet

They really opened my eyes this time. The St. Louis Rams went and did it, they pulled my eyes out of their sockets and threw them a mile away. Yesterday, it was reported that my St. Louis Rams requested the use of the mercy rule! HAHA! Amazing! Here’s more info: ST. LOUIS, MO — Following Sunday’s 33-6 loss to Seattle, the St. Louis Rams submitted a mercy rule application to NFL headquarters. The rarely-used rule states that should a team fall behind by more than two touchdowns, the game will end at the four minute mark of the third quarter. [...]

Don’t Leave Home Without a Bottle of Win

AUTHOR: | IN: Rams | COMMENTS: 2 Comments

Check this out. There is actually a laundry detergent for athletes called Win. The Rams could really use some of this stuff, as many people would think. I am starting to think of our chances of going 0-16. I’m not too sure the chances are all that good as we head into next week’s showdown with the Browns. Still, I wouldn’t be surprised if we are winless going into the bye week. (Hat Tip: Deuce of Davenport)
