Ok, so we all know at this point what the problem is. The Rams have had the worst possible start to a seaosn that anyone could have imagined. This Sunday, they’ll try for their first win for the fourth time this year, in Dallas against the Cowboys. Gametime is 12:00 P.M. St. Louis time.
*Offense- As for the Rams, the offense has taken a considerable dowfall in the last week. Rookie running back Brian Leonard will be starting for them this week because Steven Jackson is out with the partial groin tear. How Leonard will do is unknown at this point, [...]

Week 4- Rams @ Cowboys
Ok, this just scares me as a Rams fan. I know we’ve been having a tough year and all but this is just out of control. On the Rams page at AOL Fanhouse, there was an article about how the Rams struggles aren’t all Scott Linehan’s fault. I agree with that. But, the author also went on to quote STLtoday Rams columnist Bernie Miklasz.
Here’s the biggest problem the Rams have right now, and it isn’t Scott Linehan: This organization can’t identify good football players.
Oh, ok. So that’s the problem. Wow, and it was sitting right in front of me the [...]
Well, we have a replacement for Mark Setterstrom. Claude Terrell will replace him at the left guard position this Sunday. Terrell actually has started the past two weeks at right guard. Richie Incognito is set to return and will take over that spot.

I would like to formally welcome Bear Goggles to the Fan Sided Blogging community. Chris Hayes will do a great job of blogging about the Bears over there so check it out!
This is some interesting news, Rams fans. As we know, Steven Jackson will miss week 4 against the Cowboys, probably the one game we need him most. Anyway, Action was talking with the media yesterday about the injury and here’s what he had to say:
“That heavy rain kind of tore up the field,” Jackson said Wednesday. “They had a game there on Saturday (South Florida vs. North Carolina), so it was really muddy and the field was kind of sloppy. … I was slipping throughout the game.”
Ok, ok, let’s hold up here for a minute. So Jackson thinks the [...]
Rams Week 3 Report Card: Offense
Quarterback- Well, after Marc Bulger’s 116 yard, three interception performance on Sunday, it is very hard to imagine anything could get worse. Bulger did sustain some broken ribs on opening day, something that really hasn’t seemed to bother him in the last couple of weeks. I’m not quite sure if he needs to take a week off because of this injury. Is it really an injury deserving of that much care? Grade- F
Running Back- Steven Jackson actually had a satisfying week against the Bucs defense. He rushed for 115 yards but didn’t score a touchdown. This was his first 100 [...]
Well, we only saw it coming. It only makes sense, I mean the team already has a world of problems. This only makes perfect sense. Steven Jackson has a partial left groin tear and will miss next week’s game against the Cowboys. Brian Leonard, the Rams second round pick out of Rutgers will start this coming Sunday. Leonard showed some promise in the preseason but still, we lose our starting running back for a week. And who knows, it could get worse. We’ll keep you updated here on the blog as the status of Jackson changes.
Oh, and by the way [...]
Mark Setterstrom was carted off the field in yesterday’s game. He injured his knee, and could be the second Rams offensive lineman to be done for the season. Setterstrom’s back up is Adam Goldberg, and he may have to step in and take over the left guard spot. This really puts the team in a bad spot. We will have updates on Setterstrom throughout the week as well as updates on Goldberg’s status.
Yesterday could have been the end of the season as we know it for the St. Louis Rams. They simply had their asses handed to them in Tampa. A 24-3 loss to the Buccaneers. Well, what does it prove? In my mind, I’m thinking right now about if there is a way to get back in the game. Well, the answer most likely is no.
We played terribly yesterday. Absolutely atrocious football. Can’t really put it to you any other way. First, Marc Bulger. Bulger simply couldn’t have done any worse. Coming into the game, he had kept a steady course [...]
Week 3- Rams @ Buccaneers
This week, the St. Louis Rams try to get in the win column for the first time this year as they go on the road to Raymond James Stadium to face off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is a big game for the Rams, one in which they will need to execute and play hard. We have to win this game, this is a must win.
*Offense-When you look at the Buccaneers offense, you see a couple of things. The first thing you look at is the versatility of running back Cadillac Williams and what he brings to the table. [...]
